All returns will be refunded after we receive the product and evaluate how much it will cost us to repair the issues at hand. If there are no issues, we will refund everything besides our cost to repackage the product ($3 per product) and the cost of shipping. If the customer needs a repair done, he or she should send their product to 101 Tug Branch Rd. Clay City, Ky 40312 along with a phone number so we can contact them back with a quote of what we will charge to repair the product. Customers will not be charged for repairs if the cause of the problem came from a defect in material. Orders can only be cancelled if the customer gets in touch with us before the product ships (in most cases, before 2pm Eastern time on the day the order was placed).
