All returns will be refunded after we receive the product and evaluate how much it will cost us to repair the issues at hand. Customers will not be charged for repairs if the cause of the problem came from a defect in material. Orders can only be cancelled if the customer gets in touch with us before the product ships (in most cases, before 2pm Eastern time on the day the order was placed).
